Zharpì: Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut

Zharpì Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut

Zharpì is a word of the local dialect ( Zharpir -ẑarpìr) that means “to prune” the vine. This word wants to evoke the belonging to the territory of the wine, the working on the vine and the history of our region. An organic Prosecco DOC brut, clear and scented, with notes of white wildflowers and green apple. The soft bubbles gives the wine a full, slightly acidic and dry flavour.
