The awarding of Quorum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry by Mundus Vini represents a reconfirmation of the classic taste. The silver medal received by experts from 40 countries shows that wines with a soft, round character are still appreciated.

What made the real difference during the tasting were the notes of yellow and exotic fruit, but also the floral and dried fruit aromas.

Another key element: the balance. In the case of Quorum, this is created by the encounter between the acidity of the glera grapes and the softness brought by the sugar level, which in this organic sparkling wine reaches 15 g/l.
