The wines and biodynamic Prosecco of Perlage

An essential value is therefore the conscious use of natural forces in order to obtain a biodynamic wine, that comes from a collaboration with Nature. In this context Perlage, one of the best known organic wine producers in Italy, offers in its catalogue two different types of wine obtained by grapes from biodynamic agriculture. Col di Manza is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the flagship biodynamic Prosecco Millesimato of Perlage winery. Borgo Faveri Bianco and Borgo Faveri Rosso are still biodynamic wines and both Demeter certified. The quality of a Demeter certified wine is expressed above all with the vitality of the product. The biodynamic wine conveys elegantly, through its organoleptic characteristics, the personality of its territory of origin and biodynamic grapes.
