In December 2019, the shareholders meeting of Perlage Winery voted unanimously for the new statute that set off the change of Perlage Winery into a "Benefit Society", a type of company recognised by the Italian jurisdiction that regulates its charitable commitment.
This important new step of Perlage confirms its commitment to social responsibility towards its customers, the market, the local community and its employees.
In line with European directives and the “CO2alizione”, in June 2023 the shareholders' meeting approved an additional common benefit goal to formalise the carbon neutrality objective.

Perlage Sustainability Report, our results year after year
The Sustainability Report is a document that summarizes our social, economic and environmental sustainability. Data and figures are reported in an easy-to-use style with a view to transparency and openness to discussion, in line with our BCorp status.
The Impact Report (Art. 382-383 Law 208/2015) includes a description of the specific objectives, methods and actions implemented for the pursuit of the aims of common benefit, in the reference year.
Further sections are dedicated to the description of the objectives for the following year and the assessment of the impact generated using an external standard (BImpact Assessment).
